It's My Colourful LIFE !!!

I am sure that recently everyone has been hit by reading lots of suicidal news, depression and emotional issues things. These have given me some pointers to start a piece to share my thoughts about it. It’s a personal point of sharing, so I am always welcome to positive feedback so as to help with this negative situation out there for many countries to deal with and not just in Malaysia.

It is sad  to read so many SUICIDE news which Failed Relationships are mostly the cause to trigger these to happen. Its hard  to get it over with, to forgive to forget to get on with your life. Sadly these poor souls did not get an introduction to a more healthy active lifestyle like us, to just go for a swim, bike, run, climb, dive, ski etc. any sports activities to tired the mind and body out, sooner or later the painful relationship will sure be less painful, life will be more easily back on track.

But I also understood that we are humans, knowing what food to comfort your soul are also a good way to deal with sadness in life. For me, Sashimi and Red Wine helps, but I have to be realistic and admit to it, I am a girl, I do shead tears because of all those disappointments but life goes on so why bury my GREAT BIG HAPPY BUNNY SMILE with a Grime face? Not worth it and certainly not worth to those people because of that and choose to end their life. I choose to live a Happy Sporty Eventful Happening Life !!! Life is full of choices, may God bless us all and give us more n more choices to fill up our lives !!!

“It is never too late to teach an old dog new tricks.” Now is the time to start a colourful eventful life, stay active and your mind will be more positive towards things, why choose to end it when there are so many choices & opportunities out there. There are still many things in life we have not learned, experienced and seen yet. Can you all see the seriousness of the problem now as many people out there are literally living an empty life without any challenges to themselves to spice things up, focus too much energy on relationships and normal routine life, so when it fails, their world turn upside down. I have always have my ups and downs, it depends on real good friends to talk things through and choices you make for urself in order to came out from the negative spiral of sadness and hopelessness.Remember always that there are those seriously ill wishing to live one more day but yet there are healthy ones wanted to end their lives.

Youngsters nowadays are living in a high tech savy comfortable electronic world which lack of fresh air and real human interaction. Many choose to lock themself up from the big wide amazing world outside! Many parents choose to keep on giving but have neglected to spend more time with their children, to communicate with them, to take them out to learn and participate in real sports which helps with their body well being and well being of their souls, to make real friends and live a real life. Nowadays have you all thought about purchasing a BICYCLE for your loved ones to introduce them to the outdoor world, let them have a feel to it instead of sitting infront of the computer, the Television or texting through a smart phone?

Well at least I can say that my lifestyle is more healthy and complete now compare to before taking part in outdoor sporting world, the outdoor sporting world brings lots of fun and created lots of excitement and joy in my life. I am able to set a target, a goal for me to achieve and the joy of excitement when I did something which many people thinks it’s crazy and unbelievable, it’s way beyond words can explain and describe, it is simply speechless.

I have to admit, the hardest part for me is knowing when to let go, difficult part is knowing & sensing it's time to let go. It's really hard but have to do what needs to be done with. Final hardest part is how to get back up again, all thanks to those listerners out there who lend their time, their shoulders, and tissues for us to help us get back on track again. Thank you to all my friends out there, the period has been tough, but when I need u all, I know where n whom to find. Thank you God for giving them to me and you have never for sake me. Amen.

I have been through my own depression for 9 months, I know how I felt, I got out of it all by myself. Just one day finally I had the courage to look into the mirror and ask: “ Is this me? OMG I look like a mess ! Couldn’t be, I don’t want to look like this anymore.” Then I made changes to myself, try to look things in a positive way. Maintain a active sporty lifestyle made my life much more happening, eventful and coulurful, I would recommend to everybody to take time off and try something new in your life, take up a hobby, best is to take up a sport, learn and enjoy doing it. You will meet lots of new people to share stories with and to sweat to challenge with all the time.

I think the BEST solution to all emotional matters are, introduce an active sporting lifestyle to them, encourage more people to come outdoor and sweat it out through sports. Promote sports to the masses, let them feel and test out the joy of meeting new people, learning a new sporting skills, use sports to brighten up ppl's lives. It is time for Government to consider lower or even abolish the taxes which impose on certain fitness, exercise equipments such as bicycles, to make them more affordable to the masses.

"Limitation only exist in in our mind, u have to break the barrier by urself.” Was once said by my friend to encourage me through tough times. I learned bicycling all by myself after I turned 30yrs old just because I have always wanted to become a triathlete and eventually to complete an Ironman race. It was hard to learn with an oversize old road bike without any training wheels and without a father to push and encourage me from behind. But I did it within one week! I am so proud of myself, from that point on, everything became history. From a Road Runner who just run marathons, I became a triathlete, did Ironman, Swimmathon, Duathlon etc Excel into learning Mountain Biking, took up Adventure Racing, learn rock climbing, kayaking etc. Life became so meaningful and time flies with more and more to learn and enjoy upon.

What people nowadays need is to get more fresh air, bright sunshine to really sweat it out, they just didn’t see what the world is offering yet. Sports is one of the best solution. It involves interacting with real different people, making real new friends to open up their minds and hope about future. So what are you all waiting for? Start exercise, move your body and of cos to purchase more informative, useful magazines for your loved ones and your friends to showcase your lifestyle now !!!I have been through my own depression once for 9mths, I know how I felt, I got out of it myself. Just one day finally have the courage to look into the mirror, I asked myself: "Is this me? OMG I look like a MESS, I dont wan to look like tis anymore."THen I made changes to myself, got back up again. From tat point on, I try to look things positive, stay happy & talk things through wit close friends etc.Sports and staying active, make alot of different n make life more happening n eventful from that point on.hose listeners out there who have lend their time, their shoulders, their tissues for us & help us back on track again. Thank you to all my friends out there, u know who u are ;```) thank you. The period's been tough, but I know when I needed u all, I know where n who to find =) Peace u all. God Bless.hose listeners out there who have lend their time, their shoulders, their tissues for us & help us back on track again. 1. I have to face mid-life crisis and so afraid of the diabetic sickness that I don't know what to do. Now I have good photography skills, having folding bike, tried really hard and knew I love this sport, got a touring bike and eventually pick up a road bike. I thank God that He gave me the courage to change and now I no longer have diabetic problem. I love this sport though I am just an amateur .
