Our cycling jerseys and arm wear are
powered with one (CR2032) 3V button batteries (included). We recommend that you
choose a good quality battery from a trusted and reliable brand. We
recommend a rechargeable 9-Volt battery that it no more than 200mAh
(this info. will be displayed on the battery’s packaging). Rechargeable
batteries are more economical and reduce toxic materials that are sent
to landfills.

Super Light Weight LED Strip and Battery Box
Our
LED strips are connected to a battery box with an ON/OFF switch powered
by (2) 3V button batteries (CR2032) connected on one end of the strip.
All our products come with the batteries included.

The battery is stored in a battery pocket, which is sewn in to all of our products and garments.

Yes, the LEDs are concealed in a protective coating that protects them from the elements. However, the LEDs should NEVER be submerged in water.
Can I buy different color LEDs?
At this time all of our LEDs are only available in red. However, we will soon be adding additional colors to our inventory.
Is this product safe to be worn?
Yes, when used properly and as directed Glimmer Gear ® products are completely safe. The LEDs are non-heat emitting, water-proof and cool to the touch.

How do I wash and dry the jersey?
To extend the life of your jersey, the jersey should be hand washed with a mild soap and hung dry. Do not iron.
How long does a non-rechargeable battery last?
Depending on the brand, a non-rechargeable battery can last for approximately 50 hours of continuous use.
How long does a rechargeable battery last?
Depending on the brand, a rechargeable battery can last for approximately 8-10 hours before a recharge is required.
What is the life time of the LED?
The LED will last for approximately 50,000 hours (approximately 5 years).
Are the LEDs covered under warranty?
Yes. Our warranty policy covers the LEDs

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with any of our
products for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund within
30 days of receipt. The product MUST be unused, in its original
packaging, and have the tags still attached to the product in order to

we’ve got you covered. Our LED strips endure thorough testing to
ensure that they are safe, strong, and highly functional. All LED
strips are built to last many years however, if you receive a defective
LED strip it’s covered under our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from
date of delivery.*
What’s Covered?
Our warranty strictly covers the functions and components of the LED strips. Fabric merchandise (such as jerseys, arm wear, hydration pack, jackets, safety vests, etc.) are NOT covered under this LED warranty policy. Warranty is void if the LED strip is defective due to improper handling such as, but not limited to; bending, folding, breaking of the wire components due to stretching, subjection to high and direct levels of heat and submersion in water.
How do I Exchange my defected LED strip?
1. Fill out the Warranty Claim section of the Return Authorization Form on the back of the packing slip that came with your order. If you didn't receive the packing slip or cannot locate it, please write a detailed note detailing the problem with your LED strip, order number, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Claims received without this information will not be processed.
2. Pack the LED strip(s) and the Return Authorization Form in the original box/envelope, if available. Include the tags or other packaging that originally came with the merchandise.
